Please now book an informal chat with our community lead, Jason Deane. He will double check your information with you, help you get set up for payments and answer any questions you may have. It usually takes between 15 and 25 minutes to go through and you’ll need to complete that process before you can go fully live, so it’s best to book as early as you can.

Before then, Jason will review your application and be ready to chat with you on the day! However, if something is missing or unclear from your application, Jason may be in touch beforehand for clarity.

Before you chat with us, it’s also worth doing the following:

Make sure you have a Luno wallet set up and ready to go. You will need this for any Bitcoin you earn. Simply go to your app store, search “Luno”, download and verify.
